For the past few years, Señorita Burrita has taken the time to grow, organically from seed, all of our vegetables for the restaurant - from the Coulton Organic Farms, to the County Park. Whatever vegetables we aren't able to grow ourselves, we buy from local farmers, or the farmers with produce stands in Lancaster's Central Market. |

We believe that Lancaster farms have much to offer, so our quality vegetables and herbs (also ingredients for our fresh salsas) are grown within a 10 mile radius from our restaurant. This provides an additional level of health and integrity to our product at an affordable price.
Tomatoes, red onions, green peppers, jalapeños, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, cabbage, romaine lettuce, celery, carrots, banana peppers, strawberries, watermelon, canteloupe, eggplant, okra, roma beans, beets, basil, cilantro, and parsley are some of the vegetables that we have spent time growing in the Lancaster County area. |
